Any form of that makes so much sense, I don't know why Reja forced this 352.
4-4-2 , 4-2-3-1 , 4-5-1 , its interchangeable.
We need to start with getting new players though, we have a core with guys like Djim, Kumbulla, Hysaj, Strakosha, Bare, Broja, Bajrami. We need to start by getting rid of the likes of Balaj, Seferi for good and incorporate younger guys like Muci building for 2024. This shit really isn't that hard its just corruption from fat cunts like Duka gets in the way of it.

Strakosha - Made 3 key saves. Although the last one was probably offside.
Dermaku and Mihaj - Insecure at times but lucky they played this opponent.
Hoxhallari - Had some decent crosses. No big mistakes. Played it simple besides that.
Hysaj - Typical Hysaj. Won most of his duels defensively but hard to watch when he tries to attack.
Ramadani - Just a very very below average DM.
Laci - Meh game.
Cekici - He was ok. Made some mistakes but looked decent on the ball at times. Also scored so ..
Roshi - He's not the same player anymore but he still looked like a level above his teammates. The only one looking dangerous.
Uzuni - A growing tumor for this team.
Seferi - As you would expect.
Bajrami - Horrendous as per usual. Roshi gave him a sitter which he missed and then on another opportunity he could've given Roshi a free goal but decided to blast it in the stands from close range.
Muci - Typical Muci. You never notice he's playing.

In my opinion you are a little bit too harsh with your assessment on Bajrami. Horrendous? Morata, Ronaldo and Lewandowski had dozens of similar situations in which they didnt score a 100% goal.
Bajrami had an amazing run in whichhe dribbled past a defender and had a very good position to shoot. He didnt have to put so much power behind. Just bend it around the keeper.
In both sequences you see that Bajrami has a head problem and not a „ability“ problem. He showed in 2 seasons for Empoli that he is a great offensive midfielder.
A coach needs to build a team around Broja and Bajrami. My dream is that Bajrami combines with Keidi and Laci and then sets Broja up and he finishes the painting.
Albania has a coach problem and a federation problem. N. Macedonia shows that with worse players you can play attractive and successful football

We have to give props to De Biasi. He wasn't perfect and fetishized anti-football like Reja, but looking at that EURO 2016 lineup, I'm surprised he did anything with it lol.

De Biasi collected only 8 points during those qualifiers. Win against Portugal was impressive but they were without CR7 and it was our lucky night because they had lot of chances. Three points against Serbia we got it on court and last match against Armenia in Yerevan was bought.

Look we can repeat the "3 points were bought" but we have no proof of that.
And you cant say stuff like "They were without Cr7" , they won the Euros without him on the pitch, that team was just it man. Drew 2 to Denmark and the Serbs gave us a free win (thanks bozos) and lost late on vs them. We were not dominated in any game compared to under Reja where any decent team wipes the floor with us and we have better players now.
Just think under DiBiasi and that team how many times we kept games close vs the big teams and even beat the likes of France and Portugal, its crazy what he did.

We were competitive every game in the 2016 qualifier. Late minute defeats to Portugal and Serbia. In the second league against Denmark the draw was a good result since Denmark was better but Roshi missed a 1 v 1 on the keeper in the late minutes which would have given us the 3 points. The second Serbia match we played well but our players just choked as usual. And the friendlies against France and Italy in which our boys played well.
We were super competitive that qualifier. We keep in with no expectations and DB called up new players and built a system around pressing, aggression and counter attacking. Dropped players like Rama who was our best player in the 2014 qualification. He built a system and found the players who fit the system.
We’re trying to play this italian system but we don’t have the personel to do so.
