lmao thank you Plako. The reality is if you've followed the team long enough you know not to get your hopes up at all because you'll only let down, disappointed, and ultimately heartbroken. That's why my only wish is to at least win one. Just to have something to look back on..

My only wish is that we are not eliminated by the time we play Romania, that's all I'm asking for. I wanna drink and party before the game for hours before we get our hopes crushed right before our eyes.

Plane tickets to France: $770
Ticket to the group games: $400
Plis, jersey, scarf: $150
Watching Albania crash out of its first ever tourney by a combined 6-0 score: PRICELESS

No, no that's an anti-jinx.

We're going to lose 12-0 and the last game is going to cancelled midway through the 2nd half as a drone comes flying in carrying a map of Europe with our Eagle stamped on top of it saying: Shqiperi Etnike

Of course it will also carry the faces of our two national heroes: Gjergj Kastrioti and Ervin Bulku

Later on there will be accusations in the media that the brother of Hamdi Salihi was responsible..

If you've followed Albania long enough you'd know that there is nothing to jinx or reverse jinx :)

I'm unbelievably bi-polar when it comes to our soccer team

One morning I wake up and feel like if we just get the right mix of luck we can make some eye-popping results ala Greece in 04

Then by the afternoon I come back to the realization the refs would never let us even if we we're good enough and start anticipating 3 straight losses.

My hope is that the reality at least falls somewhere in the middle of those..

Birra Peja is a sponsor of Kombetare and the training jerseys have Birra Peja on their backs.

Birra Peja = Haram
