I still can't believe he would bring Gym over Lila. If Lila is a great locker room guy, then bring him on as an assistant or something.

Lila is absolutely useless and a liability on the field. People only think he's good defensively because he's so shit in offence.

Spot on. Lila is the most useless guy on the team football wise. Most of our players are mediocre anyways but I still remember each player having at least one decent game. I don't ever remember Lila playing at least one decent match for the NT.

People need to separate club from nt. I don't know or care how Rashica does at Vitesse(not that high of a level anyway) but based on his performances for the Albanian u-21 and senior team(although limited) he shouldn't be anywhere near France in June. They should send him to Vushtrri and take away his tv from him so he's not even allowed to watch it, that's how bad he has been in Albanian colors. I compare him to Hyka but at least Hyka was amazing for the Alb u-21.

Rashica has not done well for the National Team? Sorry he has not matched Roshi's high standards. What a idiot. Rashica will do more in 90 minutes then Roshi has done in 5 years for the National Team. I swear some people here need to actually watch football and not just the National Team 3 or 4 times a year because the logic is flawed. Just becuase we knew De Biasi would not take Rashica does not make it ok that he was not on the list, it is a huge blow. I will repeat again, out of ALL Albanian in the world, name one apart from Hysaj who had a better season the Rashica. That answers everything.

A-league isn't that different from Eredivisie. I agree that Rashica should've been called up but let's not anoint him King already. Remember, Jozy Altidore lit up the Eredivisie but failed horrible in other places and leagues. The Dutch league is known for its weak defense, I'm hoping Rashica will take this a challenge and continue to improve. I just hope bridges weren't burned.

Yeah, I forgot that you're more of an expert than the coach who actually got us to Euro for like.. the first time ever. He's blind for thinking that Rashica is shit. Only experts like you can truly value his greatness and world class potential.

He's an obvious troll. He likes to hit the soft spots on people in this forum, He knows Rashica is our best attacker but he can't post that because it's too obvious. He wants to riddle people up here. He does this with EVERY player that we hype up.

While he's harsh on Rashica we can all agree that Rashica's exclusion was expected and not a surprise at all. Also we tend to hype these youth players to death and most of them fail to realize their potential because all the hype goes to their heads. Januzaj is the perfect example of that.

He's a smart guy but he just likes to push people's buttons. He likes to say shit that's contrary to popular opinion to get people's attention.

For example, he's now saying Hysaj is shit and garbage after we're all praising Hysaj. He used to say same but even worst about Cana few years back. While we all called Cana a patriot and a leader he called him a Kosovar goon who was Albania's worst player(when guys like Duro and Bulku were starting). He does this with every player..

I'm not claiming Rashica is going to be the savior but it's hard to justify his exclusion. Not only has he had the best season out of our attackers but the other attackers have barely played this year for village teams. One of the wingers is a bench player in a mid table Croatian side(Roshi), the other hasn't played at all this year and moved to the MLS (Gashi), one of the others is a defensive goon (Lila) playing in a village greek team, Balaj is a bench player for the same club as Rijeka. These guys had ample opportunities to prove themselves and only Roshi is the only player who has played well for the NT.

It's about bringing the best players and Rashica is clearly our best winger.
