Obviously at personal level everone will prefer who is nearer to him than someone else.
But here we are talking about the nation. The nation is Albania, not Kosovo. Kosovo is just an Albanian region, important of course like any other Albanian region, but still subordinated to Albania.
If somebody has the possibily to play for Albania or Kosovo and chooses the latter, than it means he values regionalism/tribalism more than Albanian nationalism (that is typical of inferior countries).
Didn't care about them banning Albanian flags in Finland since it's obvious that FFK wants to enforce their own identity and whatever but banning Alb flags in the middle of Shkoder?? lmaooo Why do you even play your games in Albania bro? This is what you get when you have politics interfere in sports. The political elites in both countries are against unification and for more distancing between Kosova and Albania. On the other hand you have idiots like 'Plisat' and others on this board almost considering the KS NT worse than Serbia. Or those calling Kosova 'just a region' of Albania. It's not just a region to me - it's equal to Albania. Pa Kosovë Shqipni nuk ka dhe anasjelltas and I feel irritated when someone calls it just a region which somehow is subordinated to anyone.
What does this mean? - This means, that those who are from Kosovë feel that others try to step on them and not recognize them as equals - but also push others to do shit in spite. If a group like 'Plisat' had been smart, they'd have supported the KS NT and they wouldn't have listened to those calling for banning Albanian flags on the stadium. They would have taken those flags and banners with them into the stadium and shown that we are one. Instead they can bitch now as they've left it at the hands of dirty Albanian politics.
Albania and Kosovo are not the same, it doesn't matter how much you'll cry the opposite.
Those who are over sensitive about it are those that care the less about Albania and more about an unimportant regional identity.
Albania is the nation, Kosovo is a region. To put them at the same level is the greatest of the delusions.
Non Kosovar Albanians can afford to not be patriotic, because they can be tought anytime to be so.
Kosovar Albanians in the other hand cannot, if you are not patriotic you will go to a new direction, the direction of a new identity. Thing that is happening right now and is working quite well.

Guys, read carefully the words of a member of this new species of "kosovar nation". They are the worst of traitors, the trojan horse in our own home. Pretending to be our brothers, all they want is the segregation of Kosova from Albania and the creation of a Kosovar identity.
