Christianity has done much more damage to Europe than Islam. But Christianity's days are over.
Here down is the part I thought was aimed towards the Kosovars in the NT. If I misunderstood then accept my apologies.

In Albania the Christians are actively doing damage though but you choose to ignore that. You are not an equal opportunity discriminator when it comes to religion amongst Albanians. I can't go into it right now but I will give you a laundry list of things Christians are doing in Albania, especially the Orthodox Church and the Evangelical proselytizers that have sprouted all over after 1990.
Actively doing damage? I'll definitely disagree with that as it pertains to the Albanian Orthodox Church.

Si mbeshtetje te tezes time do perdor statusin e Kishes Orthodhokse Autoqefale Shqiptare ketu me poshte.

http://www.albanianorthodox.com/tekste/ ... 202006.pdf

Greqizimi i Kishes Orthodokse nga Kryepsikopi Grek (notice the bolded part are Hellenized terms that we don't use in Albania unless you refer to yourself as an Orthodhoks in which I case I take it back) is the biggest travesty in the religious history of Albania along with the Salafi Clerics in Kosove/Macedonia.

Really?

Anyway, even if what you say is true, how is it "actively" doing damage?

I said the Orthodox and Evangelicals are, not the Catholics. Here's my breakdown:

The Catholics along with the Bektashis are the most "Albanian" religions I can think of. The Catholics are headed by Rrok Mirdita and are backed by the Vatican, an entity that does not have territorial claims towards Albania. Catholic clergy were the first to write in Albanian (Gjon Buzuku, Pjeter Budi, Pjeter Bogdani) and have basically Albanicized their liturgy. They were also staunch supporters of an independent Albania.

The Bektashis do not have any outside backing at all. Like the Catholics they were staunch supporters of an independent Albania and were amongst the leaders of the independence movement with Frasheri brothers as the most renowned figures.

The Orthodox were also staunch supporters of an independent Albania and up until Fan Noli's days they were vehemently pro-Albania. It's sad to see them being led by a Greek for over 20 years now and become victims of Hellenization under the guise of "Rebuilding the Orthodox Church" in Albania. Dom Rrok Mirdita was in the Bronx when he answered the call to go back become the Bishop of Albania. At Artur Liolin on the other decided to stay in Boston and left the church to be usurped by the Greeks. An absolute disgrace.

The Sunnis are too big to lump in one category but in certain pockets in Kosove, Iliride and Central Albania they are falling prey to the Salafization/Wahabification spearheaded by Saudi and Kuwaiti. Another absolute disgrace. We worry too much about Turks when the real threat is from the Wahabis.

Plako you have no clue of what you're talking about. I have orthodox family members, and they don't even give two shits about janutollas or w/e the hell is name is. Im not even sure they even know anything about him.

I agree that the leader of the AOC should be an Albanian, but comparing this to the radicalism of the hundreds of Albanians that are fighting wars oversees for a bunch of radical monkeys is completely absurd. I know you're trying to "balance the scales", but Islam is by far the biggest problem in those lands, and it's not even comparable. As I said, Christianity was much worse historically, but their time is up, at least in Albania.

I'm actually related to Fr. Liolin and can tell you that he would have liked to have led the Albanian Orthodox Church but was deemed to not be qualified enough. He himself is a strong supporter of Janullatus and came to terms with that decision pretty quickly.
