Now people will disagree with me here and that's fine but while Rama's and Berisha's styles may seem similar at first sight to an outsider they are like night and day. I can write an essay here on the difference between the two but I don't wanna do it for 2 reasons: 1) I don't wanna sound like a Rama shill 2) most Albanians from Kosova have an unconditional love for Berisha (it'd be like Balli vs. Commies debate all over again) and are not deeply involved in Albanian politics or know enough about the history of the last 25 years.

Had a love for Sali Berisha. HAD. O cannot stress this enough. Albanians from the RA need to know this. He is despised by many in Kosovë now.
Those are all done in the last 6 months. Evey poll has VV top, and the one that doesnt has PDK ahead by less than 1 per cent. It is over. With the zajednics and demarkacion they finally put the nail in their own coffin. Ldk shot themselves by going into the coalition, as usually one party takes power and when things go bad people switch to the other big party, but they were both in party and both failed so now people look for a new alternative.
If as rumors are saying we are about to have snap elections then i am very very confident that we will win Kosovë. Drastic changed will happen like never seen before: politicians will be jailed by the mass, negotiations will serbia will stop until they meet a some conditions, and a referendum will be held on unification with Albania. Përpara Vetëvendosje.

Serbs for example managed to sell the Chetniks as antifascist to the west. Eventhough they're known to have commited crimes on Albanians, Bosnians, Croatians and Jews during ww2. They fought the Partisans and collaborated with Fascists and Nazis. Serbia has them as a nationalist guerrilla movement in their modern history.
Serbia has always been a quasi-fascist state. The communist movement in Yugoslavia was led by Tito, a half Croat/half Slovene.
Places like Albania and Croatia had both communist/fascist forces, and the fascist forces lost in the end.

Thanks for the answer, Plako. Regarding love for Sali Berisha, that love has dwindled away almost entirely. There are no more Sala-lovers left in Kosova.

Imo, Vv militants are active the whole time while the Pdk & Ldk militants only when it's time for elections.
It proves nothing, true - but it's indicative. VV has surpassed LDK I'm 99% certain, and I don't believe that PDK is much more than 3-4% away from VV in the polls. But we'll see soon hopefully, although I don't think they'll want elections now.

I think Rama is gaining considerably more support In Kosove with each passing year. Not sure if it's exclusively due to his Belgrade visits and his rhetoric there or it's just that he's the current PM of Albania. I like that he seems to be close to Thaçi and does not take side in Kosova's politics. I always had a negative opinion of Thaci but I really liked him in an interview on Jeta ne Kosove.

Loool fshar like. He is a tradhëtar who is the main reason people are suffering in Kosovë. He is a criminal of the highest category. He has stolen money on every project (airport, national road ect) and has turned over former UÇK soldiers to be imprisoned. Do not be so foolish to say you liked him on an interview because whatevee he said does not have the slightest relevance.
Yes i also like that Rama does not take sides in Kosova's politics. Soon enough he will have the blessing of working with left sided politicians and a genius in Albin Kurti. So far he has only worked with analfabeta who were never anywhere near his level so it will be good to see what partnership he can have with someone who will be on a much higher level.

Well like I said I have a negative opinion of him but opinions change. I like that he is very measured when he speaks and I don't follow Kosova's politics that closely to know enough to have an informed opinion.
As for Kurti and Rama I believe they go way way back and get along very well. Kurti and Rama are similar in that they're both very well read and articulate. Where they differ is in that Rama has dictatorial tendencies whereas Kurti strikes me as the more democratic type.

I am not trying to argue with you but this man is todays essat pasha toptani. He has caused so much damage to this place. The opinion cannot change. He has destroyed what the UÇK achieved. Rather then me saying more here is a great Rexhep Selimi quote about him. 'Unë të dua ty për President, për aq sa të duan familja Jashari'.
Yes i am very excited to see how the PS and VV get along, especially Rama and Kurti. Kurti is obviously going to push for unificication so should be interestimg to see what Rama does. I think Rama is a very smart man, but Albini is a genius. https://youtu.be/9pbVsr2A7c8
I don't consider Rama to be either very well read nor very intellectual. He's like many modern politicians and knows how to play his role - the rest will be taken care of by his advisors and 'spin doctors'. Also Rama isn't for bashkimin kombetare.
On the other hand you have Albini who's driven by ideology; Those aren't usual in today's politics - and if they exist they usually exist in the fringes. This drive by ideology has sometimes been something which has held VV back, while other times it has helped them stay on course. So I won't consider Rama in the same league as Albini. I've been in close contact for an extended period with Albini and what's striking is that he's always reading. Always. Never saw him not reading something if he had the opportunity.
