They would probably overturn it in extraordinary circumstances like if the ref was bribed or something like that, but in Albania's case it just looks like a blatant case of refusing to continue the match. Apparently they gave the team a couple of alternatives as well(playing in an empty stadium or next day) and Duka's fatass refused everything because he assumed that we would get 3 easy points from UEFA. It's just a case of our amateur FA taking the easy way and trying to play the hero card in the process. All these nonsense about fighting in CAS, etc.. is B.S propaganda. Duka knows they are not getting anything but wants the public to be engaged so it doesn't seem like this is his fault.
I think you're being a little harsh there on our FA. I've never heard in situations like these for a game to be played the next day or wait for a stadium to be emptied out to continue the match. It didn't happen in the Italy-Serbia march nor in the Russia-Montenegro match, these are the two recent games I remember where there was a forfeit. That's simply ludicrous to make such request of our FA. Who's guaranteeing their safety when stewards are getting into fights with our players? It was the right call from Duka, and I fucking hate the guy, and the players. In the end the safety of thei players is paramount. I would make that call 10 times out of 10, I couldn't care less about what that fucking idiot Martin Atkinson says. They fucking detained Olsi Rama. We were dealing with a bunch of fucking morons who had lots their heads. Did you see the fan who barged in the Tv Studio yelling "Vucicu Pederu". This is purely a case of us being a small undesirable "Moslem" nation in the midst of Europe. It's that simple to me. CAS and UEFA can go f*** themselves. I mean they awarded a 3-0 win to Italy for Serbian fans acting like animals in...Italy. They could have easily emptied the stadium that day and continue the game no?
I don't expect anything from CAS but please don't put this on our FA or the players. If we have to take the blame on anything is sending in the drone but that's neither on the players nor on the FA, unless it was Duka's plan all along to get the 3 points. However, this is not what the issue is here.

The players shouldn't have gone back. I don't care if they gave Serbia an automatic win with 0 points deduction. Our starting players had cuts and bruises on their faces. This wasn't an isolated case like Montenegro, but a stadium of drugged out animals who were there for everything except football. I wouldn't be surprised if Atkinson actually asked Cana if they wanted to go back, instead of ordering them, and then backtracked to cover his own incompetence.

I said before the match Atkinson would favour Serbia in calls simply because their captain plays in EPL along with Matic. Any other ref would have cancelled the game completely not temporarily.

Yeah i agree. Our FA should make sure that no villager does anything stupid in the Serbia game at home. We are not Germany, they will ban us.

Did the official CAS decision come out yet?

Well De Biasi pubblished few hours ago a selfiesaying he deposided his side of the story from 11:30 to 12:30 . Today there are going to testify the Serbs too. Yesterday it was Shulku with an italian lawyer who testifyed. The two lawyers on our side have a big influence on CAS, Serbs were hoping that a jew would decide this case lol (they had jews killed or deported during WWii and they recognized Palestine wtf).

I mean surely players health was at risk whether or not the referee told them to get back on to the pitch is irrelevant when you have as many police officers and guards as they did in Serbia and were still deliberately letting people onto the field then how can the players safety be guaranteed. likewise if the reports that the police officers and stewards are true that they were prevented from entering their own dressing room and were being hit in the tunnels then once more how is it possible for players to return to the field surely CAS cant turn a blind eye to this
