If decision is made Monday = things stay as they are.
If decision is taken on May 15 = odds are on our side.

loool oh fucking brilliant they might as well have sent my dad with some bukë me djathë to tempt them. But all jokes aside after reading some of the points made I guess it is more than unlikely that we'll get the points especially if the referee told the players to get on the pitch cold world... cold world just picturing the group table with us in first brings a tear to my eye oh well I guess were going to have to do it the hard way (as usual)

UEFA match delegate apparently said emptying the stadium and playing the match was not an option.

Also they repported an incongruence between the refree and Ivanoviç statements. The first one said that he remained inside the dressing rooms while Ivanoviç said that they both went to the entrance of the stadium to see if security could guarantee the restart of the game.

its crazy how theres a real chance that we wont get the points despite getting hit on the head with all sorts of nonsense and having to fight Serbian stewards who instead of ensuring the pitch wasn't invaded and instead of insuring the players were safe along with the Serbian police decided to fight us CAS has to take that into consideration even if the referee provided options whereby the stadium would be emptied the safety of the players would still be at risk (baring in mind the stewards and police were fighting the players too) I really hope they use their brains and morals rather than their fancy words to come to the right conclusion

The problem is that UEFA places blind trusts in refs. They don't care about what you have to say, especially in cases with 2 smaller sides.

Luckily for us CAS release the recent decisions they've made in a lot of detail so we can analyse the case ourselves when they've come to a conclusion and see whether the referee had explicitly told the team to return to the field

Agreed. It's going to be nice to see actual details on what happened.IsmailQemalisQeleshe wrote:Luckily for us CAS release the recent decisions they've made in a lot of detail so we can analyse the case ourselves when they've come to a conclusion and see whether the referee had explicitly told the team to return to the field

Not confident at all. Sorry. We all look at in our immigrant views as we are used to free countries with fair judgment. They will find something to f*** us up.
