Oh jeez please, this dude gave us PTSD with that miss against Switzerland. I can't take another crucial miss from him.
I can’t see him on the pitch anymore , I’ll never get over that miss

Not even just the miss.. we’ve had plenty of those over the years, but the man is a 33 year old who has been on a sharp decline since 2015.

Now playing in the Swiss Challenge League and worth under 400k, I wouldn’t touch him with a ten foot pole.

That Switzerland game was awful for everyone involved. Miss after miss. One good thing about this new generation is they don't have the inferiority complex Gashi and Xhaka had against Switzerland. Even Sadiku choked that game.

Funnily enough Roshi gave a perfect backheel assist to Xhaka that he bungled.

This new generation can't even beat Lithuania lol. That generation was technically out matched every match but fought like lions to make every match competitive. And this was against very good teams too (Portugal, Denmark, France).

In that stretch from 2014 to 2016 there was not one match I remember in which I thought we were pathetic. We had some chokejobs (Serbia, Portugal) but each match they played hard. These past four years have been one disappointment after another and just when we think we found the corner we somehow manage to disappoint even more.

Our problem now is not choking. Were not even creating those chances to begin with. Mostly because of the formation that relies on wingbacks, but Roshi also being out for a while.

Also dont forget the games like Iceland or Moldova. We never had those with DB.

List for the upcoming matches::

Image

Nothing like calling up 5 useless strikers who play the same exact style. Way to diversify the list Reja lol. Balaj, Cikaleshi, Manaj, Seferi and Vrioni all have zero leage goals between the five of them this year lol.

I don't know why some U21 guys weren't called up or just call up random players to give us depth in positions of need. I'm pretty sure a few of these guys will have to drop out because of the virus or injury. Call up random players like Balliu, Selmani, Abazaj, Rroca, etc,. I'm not even taking in consideration of some diaspora players. Now is a good time to cap some up.

I just hope Reja starts these games with professional players this time instead of players like Ramadani or Laci. Cika and Broja should start up top and Kallaku as our CAM for a chance to score. Also Uzuni on the wing with Hysaj.

I think it's because they play qualifying games. Otherwise their fullbacks would get called up.

As for the list, obviously a lot of amateurs (as always) but I'm just glad Hysaj is back. Maybe Uzuni could help the attack too.

Don't see the point of Memushaj in there. I can just imagine how washed he is now.
