Reja is complaining about the pitch. That I don't blame him for. It looked horrendous.

Indeed but next game it will favour us as Belarus will get back it’s best players who were missing when we played in Minsk.

I thought Kallaku played well , some bad touches but that was down to the terrible pitch . As soon as he came off the progressive passes stopped , he's like Fernandes at United in the sense that he will lose the ball but he will also keep trying those forward balls that instantly stopped as soon as that idiot with the helmet came on.

Abrashi out for next game. Hopefully Broja can make it back.

I don't even hate Gjasula, it's just I think he's good as a sub to just calm game down and maintain lead. As a starter he offers little.

If you want to drive the game forward to create more chances you need more creative midfielders. Kallaku's #1 problem is he's lethargic, but the talent is no doubt there.

Doka had a good performance today. He can fill a hole for us maybe.

Wtf Etrit? Other than that you can hardly play well on a terrible pitch like that.

I just realized that we've conceded 2 goals this campaign, and both were blunders. We gotta cut this shit out for real qualis.

These are my takes from this game.

-Memushaj is still useful. Clearly still our most technical cm, hopefully Kallaku can turn out like him at an even higher level
- I know some of you don’t like Gjasula, but he is the best dcm we have. He’s not meant to play in a more offensive role as he is not technical enough for that but at dcm he is solid
- No place in starting line up for our wingers like Uzuni, Roshi. If you ask those guys to defend too, they can’t attack as well. We saw Uzuni dropped his level tonight. If we can’t start guys against teams below us, then forget starting them against teams on par with us or better.
-Manaj clearly sucks. Sick and tired of seeing him, hopefully he falls down in the striker pecking order so much that he doesn’t get called up anymore

We need a formation change for WC qualifiers. I’m convinced we won’t do well with this formation against better teams unless Broja turns out to be as good as we hope. You can’t expect Hysaj or whoever is wingback to deliver full capacity offensively and defensively. It also sucks that all of our cm’s are scrubs as we could attack from the center mid too but there ain’t enough creativity save an almost finished Memushaj

If you're Kallaku you can't afford to have 34 year old serie b benchwarmer Memushaj completely outshine you.

This is a problem because it shows that Albania lacks half decent attacking midfielders. When someone like Memushaj can just go in there and stand out it's a big problem.

Comparing Kallaku to Gjausla is apples and oranges. Gjasula is a destroyer and pretty much the only one we have on the team. He's been a relatively good player for the NT since he joined and provides defensive coverage against bigger teams. Before his addition to NT we were missing a player like him. I do think Kallaku has some talent and I think he's more suited for a faster style of play. I think the midfield trio of Abrashi, Gjasula and Bare will be it going forward. I think Selahi might be someone who can take a starting spot he seems to have some talent.

As for Memushaj matches like these are perfect for him because he still has decent technical skills but his legs are shot. Kazakhstan isn't threatening with the ball nor do they play face paced. He simply won't get exposed defensively. But against any decent team he can't be relied upon anymore. Thank you for your service.

But anyways if we want to be realistic about qualifying the team needs to find balance. Better width, better counter attacking play and we can't have two forwards who are both hold up forwards who can't score.

---------------Uzuini--Broja
Hysaj-Abrashi-Gjasula-Bare-Roshi
---------Kumb--Gym--Ismajli
-----------------Straksoha (Berisha)

I think this is the lineup when everyone is available. Maybe Cika in for Broja as much as I dislike him because of his physical presence. Maybe we can snag a player or two.
