This team under De Biasi you can see has an identity, something you could argue that previous teams in the past have not had. He's got them well drilled and you know now that when we lose possession, there is maximum effort to win the ball back. Also, we are tough to break down and familiar with keeping clean sheets against big teams. However, it's upfront where we are clearly lacking and this is my main concern. You just know if we had a star striker we could do damage in this tournament.
With all the youth talents we have probably we will have the star we miss but guess the most important thing in our team is the group. Also De Biasi's refusals to Avdiaj and Tarashaj limit us to our actual strikers pool. :D

I haven't been up to date with the Avdijaj situation. Why exactly is De Biasi refusing to give him a shot? Would be a shame not to have him, he could certainly be our wild card for the tournament, especially him being a product of the fantastic Schalke academy.

Avdijaj recently rejected DB's call up. Initially, back in summer 2014 Avdijaj stated that he would accept a callup at the time but DB refused saying he needed to get some first team time before he gets called up. Then this past summer Avdijaj rejected a callup.

But either way he's never going to make it with Germany. He's fooling himself.

Ahh seems like a bit of an attitude problem then. Tbf De Biasi has a right to require for players to get mins for their teams before getting the call up, it is pretty much the norm everywhere else. I agree with you though, can't see him getting into the German side.

In reality DB is correct. No way a youth player(at the time) should be making demands into the senior NT. But that being said at the time I still wanted him to be called up because there's nothing to lose as a player like Salihi or Kaplani would be dropped for Avdijaj and I still agree with this assessment even though Avdijaj will be playing for Albania in the next few years.

Maybe Manaj and Albian Ajeti ends up being better pros?

BTW, nice video Andi. Maybe you should doing some individual highlight videos of Albanian players. That'd be very cool

Absolutely and Avdijaj will later on realize himself that it is right what DB has done. Thanks man! Yeah i am looking to do videos on certain players in the future. Just about getting hold of all the footage really.

Grezda is doing better than Roshi and Balaj so i don't think De Biasi can ignore him for long time . I heard that Grezda is hard worker and smart guy, unfortunately many of our prospects are morons who feel accomplished after they buy expensive car.

Macron will be the new jersey sponsor not Adidas. This is good imo because their jerseys are sick while the Adidas all look the same and the white stripes make the Albanian ones look real cheap.

Indeed Macron has good designers and their quality is quite good . Curious to see the new kits , was really hoping they would change althrough adidas was free.

This is exactly what I was thinking. Just add another head to the eagle and make it black and red. That's gold.

Imo the eagle on the shirt Lazio style would be great . Any change is good , same Adidas kits for years now, even had Greek like kits against the Swiss . I only can't admit the fact that on our kits they have to add Montenegro Airlines as the new sponsor along with Digitalb. At this point they could also add Azerbaigian Energy - Soccar
