He's been fairly consistent for the NT and I'd say we have bigger issues than Agolli currently. He definitely has lack of pace but that gets covered up in DB's defensive system and alot of our offense comes through the flanks so his crossing is a plus. I don't know, I like Agolli for some reason. He puts in hard tackles, isn't afraid to fight and seems very humble.

Agolli also started 6 europa league matches against Tottenham, Monaco and Anderlecht. We don't even have much options at LB anyway. Aliji hasn't been playing much as of late, Gym looked uncomfortable at RB in the qualifying matches(he's not even a LB) so who else you're going to put there? Lenjani seems like a good choice but I think he's better for us at LW
I like Agolli too and his crosses can be an asset if we have a half decent striker upfront who can finish

I think Rashica will be called up for the March friendly if he's healthy. The Albanian media are reporting alot about him and usually that's a sign. There's definitely pressure on DB and the staff to call him up and rightfully so.

Rashica Zeneli Manaj Avdijaj..if these guys pan out and decide to play for us, we may finally have a team that can attack.

The first 3 I'm pretty sure we can definitely get. The last one I'm almost positive if he pans out will choose Germany over us.

I have mixed feelings about Agolli. I don't like that he can't run with the ball and kinda panics in possession. His crosses are great but with our style of play he's not even allowed to go forward, especially against decent teams. Defensively he's shaky no doubt.

Having said that, there aren't many(or any?) alternatives for that LB position. I guess Lenjani is a legit choice now that he plays for his club but DB sees him as a midfielder.

Although, I'd rather have Agolli starting but what happened to Lila playing at fullback? I thought for a stretch a few years back(Before Hysaj emerged) that he played very well at RB. Granted the team was poorer back then so he kinda stood out but he has some decent qualities for a fullback as he's a pesky defender, puts in hard challenges and is relentless. Putting him in the midfield let alone as a winger doesn't make sense as he doesn't have one offensive quality I can think of..

I think the Norway away match was the match where DB tried him out as a left midfielder being a defensive specialist (With Villa on the right lmao). Agoli as LB, Dalku as RB, Bulku and Basha central pairing, Cani as a #10 and Salihi as the poacher. Can't make that shit up

What a disaster of a team. Cani as a #10 is unbelievable and Vila was a disaster out wide, no threat what so ever. Lila is a very good player in my opinion, very solid, just unlucky our best player is Hysaj and he plays in the same possesion as him.

Rashica must be called up, how much more do you beed to do to be called up for our side. Him and Hysaj are probably the best Albanian players this season so there are no excuses. Zeneli is going to be a super player.

Manaj was sent to Inter Primavera, they drew Cagliari 1:1 at home and apparently he didn't play that well.

Amazing how soon these players we hype up to death come down to earth.
