With memories of the golden years (80's) of the albanian football still fresh on her mind, Albania is now attempting to recreate its strong football legacy. As young players start making their names abroad, the future is looking bright for Albanian football!

I think i saw it during the game, but wasn't much sure. Were you near a corner kick area?

Yeah haha that was us...I've been getting photos constantly from people of us on tv. Kolarov came really close so he saw it aswell. Nice of Celina to show his appreciation.
Tried to upload when they caught us on tv but it keeps saying file is too large. Anyway i hope Celina appreciates the backing of Albanians and plays for us.
haha, that's pretty cool of you to do that. Funny that he responded as well and that has to be his profile since it has 13k followers with some personal photos that fans couldn't get.
Maybe I'll do the same thing when Gashi comes to play in NY but probably not since it's only Gashi Now if it was Bulku? We'd be having a party in the stands
PS, Simbolli I never heard of that Turkish player i was mentioning before. I just came across his wiki page by pure luck...

Yankee stadium or Red Bull Arena?

Red Bull Arena has a better stadium for football matches and better chances to get a front row ticket. So probably RBA. There was even a shit ton of Albanians coming out when Hamdi Salihi was playing for DC united against NYRB. People taking photos with the Albanian flag and all just for Hamdi Salihi
Lol Hamdi Salihi. Tarashaj will be in England aswell next season so another player we can support. Januzaj will never have this type of support, Belgium doesn't give a shit about him.

Januzaj definitely fucked up. Maybe it's good he never chose for us as everyone would probably blame the Albanian NT for his club struggles which will scare away future talents.

Yeah I think there might have been over 200 people there that day. Too bad MLS didn't work out for him
