No , he has only German passport and should have 18+ years and ask a special request like Mavraj did to hold both citizenships. Although he refused Lala's callup at our U19.

I'm fully aware that Avdijaj will not be called up but that being said I'm still hoping that his name somehow makes that list. It would be the smart thing to do just to make sure he doesn't switch allegiances in the future. Inviting him to the u-19 is pretty lulzy by Lala as well.
