Media has been writting about that for a while though . De Biasi meet with the head of the FA twice in less than a month . Also the fact that Tramezzani and De Biasi don't answer directly to the questions so in case they don't get the Italy job then they'd have Albania as a backup which to me doesn't seem correct. If he leaves after the Euro's then we'd have issues finding another decent coach with less than one month to the wc qualifiers.

Lol why don't they just get Ranieri? Like De Biasi only 100x more experienced and better.

Ranieri is busy and doesn't want to ruin the team balance at Leicester. They're waiting for Capello's answer to decide. Lazio's Lottito and the president of Serie C (lega pro) are sponsoring De Biasi.Dallku wrote:Lol why don't they just get Ranieri? Like De Biasi only 100x more experienced and better.
You guys are making rashica sound like Neymar..there is no way roshi will be dropped for rashica for these euros and deservedly so.. Not even Shala will b dropped..there is bigger chance of de biasi becoming coach of Italy which is also 0 chance..

I think GDB is being very careful with the media for keeping the Azzurri option open after the EURO's. He has continuously said that he doesn't want to coach (a club) in Italy but coaching for the national team - that is completely a different story and it would fit his character too. Firstly I think he likes the lesser dynamics of working with national team as compared to working on a daily basis with a club. Secondly I think he feels an obligation to accept an offer from the azzurri (pending any contractual obligations towards FSHF). In the end it is the same principle he applied when selecting players for Albania: When your nation calls for you, you must be ready to accept it or else you will never be part of his future plans. Although he now has double nationality, he is and feels italian so when his nation calls I think he will not blink.
Him leaving after the EUROs would not be good news for Albania especially as Italy is a direct opponent for qualifiers WC2018 - and who better knows Albania than GDB? Also any new coach will have a much higher pressure for results.
But on the other hand FSHF too would benefit of GDB leaving for a big name like the Azzurri. GDB would become coach of a 4-time World Champion Nation thanks almost exclusively to the experience he gained in/with Albania. At the least this will give FSHF some good PR for attracting big coaches and better position for negotiations.

That's what i thought too. Not that we have any chance to win against Italy but because getting a new coach at the start of the qualifiers without having played any matches under his lead is difficult . We play liechtenstein and fyrom during the september games so the team could beat them both without a coach . I would give an ex NT player the job.Ervin wrote:I think GDB is being very careful with the media for keeping the Azzurri option open after the EURO's. Vokrri and Bunjaku are a disease to Albania just like Zogi and Enver Hoxha. Traitors. They can't get any of the swiss bunch or Mustafi or Januzaj so now they try tp take Albania's players, what does that achieve? They take the players who are patriotic and chose the countries and now make our Albanian team weaker and dividing us. Achieving nothing, complete traitors.Simboli i Diellit wrote:Seems Rashica is ranked second in the dutch league in the dribblings list. Also Bunjaki wants him for Kosova national team and said he will call him and that being a product of Kosove he has to play for them.

They're looking after their own agenda. It was going to happen one day. The albanians playing for Switzerland will never play for Kosova unless the team fails badly during these euros and the Swiss ask for more Swiss players in their team. Tarashaj , Kasami or some leftovers who have been capped for Switzerland before might choose Kosova. In three weeks time we'll see what is going to happen. On personal note i really hope Kosova joins Fifa even if all Kosova descendent players leave from Albania.Albo_eagle wrote:Vokrri and Bunjaku are a disease to Albania just like Zogi and Enver Hoxha.
