Bulku is probably called up at this point for leadership and to be a locker room guy. I can kind of see the logic as 28 players for one match is way too much and the same probably goes for Curri.

We should have called up Avdijaj, I feel. Maybe even as Artan, I think, mentioned, just call him up to watch the game and get to know some of the other players, so he'll get some kind of feeling of belonging with us.

I'm not saying he's going to make a difference as of now, but just to show him that we're happy he has chosen to represent us. He's still just 18, so there's possibly 15 years of solved striker issues, if he lives up being just half of that 50 million Euro buy out-clause worth.

And lol @ Di Biasi calling up 28 players for one game! - Teams don't even call up that many when they have to go to the WC or Euros.

It's a decent list because all the best possible players are in. The Bulkus and Salihis are obviously in for locker room reasons so meh...it doesn't matter. We are used to it now.

I would've called up Vajushi over Shala but that's about the only change I would make and it doesn't matter anyway since neither of them would play.

The starting lineup will be a real dilemma. You got so many players at a similar level.. You've got about 22-23 players who can easily be in the starting lineup.

Well the list includes all the players pool extended with some superliga players to please the domestic football analysts.

About Avdijaj , De Biasi went in Austria for him and spoke to him personally which is a good thing and means he won't betray us for Germany . He probably will get called in june vs Bulgary.

lol Bulku made the cut! Even though I would have liked Avdijaj to be called, Bulku is just too much a part of the team, a locker room legend. The only problem I have is Salihi and Curri being called, Gymcity could have easily been there instead of Curri. All in all, its a good list.

Since we are calling some players that play in the Superliga, I think Kristi Vangjeli should have been called up. He used to be great in the few games he played for the national team and has been in good form in the Superliga (at least in comparison to everyone else that plays in the league). He's still fairly young too...
