You're kidding right? Rashica is a dwarf(we already have tons of them in our team). Roshi is MUCH bigger and stronger than him.
'Dwarf' I woudnt exactly call someone who is 5ft10 a dwarf, although he many not be as tall as Roshi he offers much more which was evident in his little cameo against Luxembourg.

Shalas actually pretty decent and hes still young, the rest i agree with you... Idk how kukeli even managed to be a starter most games. I think some1 will get hurt by the time euros come so hopefully we see rashica come in.
'Young' The guy is 24 years old and playing in the Czezh league for a shit side. The guy is not going to get any better and hasn't done anything in the games his featured for Albania.

I'm all for Rashica tbh. I really like him. I don't think I have seen enough of his defensive abilities to know whether he's a good fit for GDB's system. Either way, I think splitting the wing time between him and Roshi should be the way to go. Have Roshi in there for most of the game for his defense, and to tire the fullback out with his speed and physicality, and put Rashica in for the last 30 min to exploit the space and hopefully get us a goal.

Out of the 26 names called up the 3 who will be dropped are Rrahmani, Shala, and Veseli.

I find it funny that people like to talk shit about Roshi but last time I checked Lenjani doesn't play much for his club either and no one has a problem with him being in the list.
Half of our players don't play much with their clubs, look at Migjen Basha who can't even start with the last team of Serie B... Aliji can't even start in Swiss league unlike Rashica who was considered as key player for Vitesse this season, pretty sad not seeing him i must agree but DB has his own group and don't wanna change anything most probably for WC Qual we will see 4 or 5 fresh faces.

There is no way in hell Rashica is 5'10". He's 5'5" at best. I've seen him next to Altin Lala, Abrashi, etc and he wasn't much taller than them.

Erik wrote:Seriously wtf is Veseli doing making the Euros? The guy made no contribution to our qualification, plays for Lugano and somehow seems to find himself on the brink of being selected even though we have players like Rashica and Avdijaj who arent even in the picture. And De Biasi said he didnt call up Meha because he didnt contribute to qualifcation, what a hypocrite.
It's sad to see Veseli at such level considering the fact that he was U17 World Cup winner in 2009 with Switzerland and capitain of the team and consired as promosing youngster according to Sir Alex Ferguson, Anyone really follow him? He is 23 wich is not too old for a defender is there anything good from him?

Veseli wasn't that bad in the friendlies he played for Albania. He actually looked pretty decent defensively. Very raw offensively(but I don't think he's a true RB).

Research him and you will see his 178cm which is 5ft10, just type his name on google.

Well Lala and Abrashi are both 5'8"-5'9" so if Rashica is even an inch or so taller that would make him 5'10" which is pretty tall for a winger. I persinally think Roshi is too tall for a winger, sometimes when I watch him dribble it looks like hes running on stilts. Looks so uncomfortable on the ball.
