Apparently, Loro Borici was just licensed by UEFA as Category 4 stadium (Highest Category). EA is currently Category 3.
Kosova it seems will be playing their games there too (confirmed by KFF member)

Shkodra's stadium looks much better than EA, which looks like an English third division stadium.

I know it's unlikely but if the players request it, then why not.
