Any transfer fee involved with Latifi's move?

Looks like Skenderbeu is done. The core of that team is slowly being split apart and it looks like Partizani will finally over take them. Won't be surprised if Skenderbeu finished behind Kukesi either.

Lol is this even true? Or it's like Sadiku at Borussia Dortmund?

To move at Rostov is huge, they arrived second last year and just trashed Anderlecht and Ajax in Champions League.
