Bushi's job was professional ass kisser. You'd think a foreign coach would end nepotism, and DB makes it worse.

Honestly, the youth teams are hopeless either way because there is no structure and now the diaspora will also be limited so meh. If anything, this will ruin Bushi/Bogdani's coaching careers before they even begin. Albanian youth teams are horrible jobs for coaches... it should be even worse for them since they have 0 experience.
