Xhevat Prekazi , the best albanian player to ever play for Gallatasaray , he has previously played for Partizan Belgrade, NK Split :

Prekazi lives in Belgrade. He's currently coaching in the youth system of OFK Beograd.
Can we consider him UDB?

Absolutely. If you see some of his interviews he's a major serbophile scum. Maybe he's goran not Albanian.. who knows.
