Ferencvaros was in the group stages of Europa League last year (almost went though to the knckout) and won the Hungarian league several years in a row. Based on that alone they'll have money for a transfer fee.
In general, Hungarian football has been getting large investments from the government (probably corruption). A ton of stadiums have been built in Hungary over the years. Even Liridon Latifi was sold for like one million euros to Puskas Academy.
Myrto Uzuni almost certainly has Roma/ Balkan Egyptian ancestry. His father and siblings also seem to have a significant amount of South Asian admixture.
