Caci surname comes from southern Italy, Sicily. They believe it originated from cheese making professions or from Turkish word of Qaji.
He might have some arberesh roots in him .

His trasfermarket page agrees with the guy who posted the clip
Probably an Albo from Macedonia who plays at Kasimpasa's youth teams for a few years and took citizenship of Turkey 🦃 too
