Don't think Reja is at fault anymore. This team is full of 2nd division players with inferiority complex.

Expecting someone like Veseli to be pinned back deep for 90 minutes against England is playing with fire. You can get away with this with professional players like if Kumbulla was playing and let’s say we had a competent defensive midfielder inserted.

My whole complaint about Reja has been this team lacks identity. It just seems like the identity is to sit back defensively and offensively do long balls or rugby style play.
So what's your suggestion? To build from the back and play TIKI-TAKA with Qazim Laçi and Gjasula? If we played with one player more on midfield we could been even more compact defensively, that's my only regret about this game. Broja and Cikaleshi were terrible from start to the end. It is unforgivable for 19 year old to play as "pidh i bukur". If he keeps losing players as he did tonight on England set pieces i don't think he will be able to play professional football for long time.

I didn't even bother watching tbh. Once I saw the lineup, the result was clear.

We needed Kumbulla + Bajrami to stand even a 1% chance.

Also when are we going to admit that Uzuni aint it?

He's a lojtar lagjesh. Not a professional. His decision making and football iq is criminal. He doesn't even have the talent/technique to compensate for that.

To sum up Reja’s interview: “We’re what we are and England is England”. He said our strategy was to bunker and counterattack while we managed to do it only once with Uzuni...
Why should any FA waste more than 300k on his and his asistants wage ?

With Veseli in the lineup it was already game over. You can't bunker with him. Also Lenjani didn't deserve being shafted after last game.

With Bajrami out, Kallaku should have played. Greece got results with Lokomotiva Zagreb defenders. That's a shit team but they still have good players. We have players in 2nd Swiss division and mediocre Serie B teams.

The problem is what we've always said, mentality. Players playing scared and making amatoresque mistakes.

Yeah I don't think he's it either. Unfortunately this is the level of players we have. Crossing fingers for Italy to produce some attacking players for us.

As much as I hate to say it, maybe they should consider bringing back Xhaka. The midfield obviously had its flaws when he played but there was more resistance and steel. Laci tries but you saw how nervous he gets on the ball. That's unnaceptable for a midfielder.

Also it's a damn shame Eros Grezda kinda gave up on football and ruined his career. This dude had all the skillset to contribute.

When Grezda burst onto the scene I thought we were all set on the wings with him and Roshi for at least a decade. Look t us now

If Kumbulla was playing this’d be a different game. 1st goal that sets the tone was a Veseli fuck up. You can’t have a weak link like that in a bunker defence.

Unfortunately for us, one injury can ruin our team because we don’t have the depth.
