I watched a few minutes of him at Juventus, and he couldn’t control basic passes. Then again Broja looked like shit the few times I saw him play in Holland.

Maybe I’m being overly harsh, but it’s not like either has done shit internationally. At least Borja has some poaching ability, but with us he has to create his own shots so the end result is nil.

Broja has to create a majority of his shots for Vitesse too, its just when you have 3 touches a game for Albania that is heightened.

I watched a half of that friendly and he looks a lot more physical than I thought. I thought he was thin but maybe he added weight, he looks more like a target man. Big physique

Overall he's a nice guy, didn't go down the Kabashi route and has a great work ethic so I really hope he succeeds. And I do see some talent in him, I think he could 100% definitely become better than Balaj/Cika. At this point I'm not sure who or how he plays like but he's pretty fast and big so he might have purpose for us in longball

Working with Ronaldo , I hope some of that work ethic rubbed off. Looks like he's getting that grown man strength.

Doubt we'll be able to. Same as with Andi Zeqiri, Swiss won't let go of talent if they're good enough for them.

Albania has decent chance to get him because he hasn't played that much with swiss youth teams. It won't be hard to convince him but Albania should move fast and make similar "operation" as with Cepele.

If he is good we will find out after these trainings with Lazio. Sarri has been known to promote young attacking midfielders. Shehu is a typical “trequartista” and could become a good alternative to Bajrami. He can play at right wing or like a false striker while Bajrami can cover also central midfield. He has played only two games for the Swiss so he can switch easily.

Allegedly Rayo Vallecano have beat out Mallorca, Osasuna and Valencia to Balliu's signature, all 4 playing in LaLiga Santander (although Valencia are still said to be very interested). Let's see how Balliu does with his shot in the LaLiga. And let's fill in the LB spot with him before he gets too old.
