With memories of the golden years (80's) of the albanian football still fresh on her mind, Albania is now attempting to recreate its strong football legacy. As young players start making their names abroad, the future is looking bright for Albanian football!

Salmon I think will be out for Israel with injuries. That is bigger than any of our injuries combined.
There’s still no excuse for us. We should be able to beat both teams even with all the injuries. Hopefully, expectations are extremely low because that is the only time when these guys can play well.
Veseli and Mihaj vs Liel Abada(potential supertalent) and Weissman...
That's what was said about Panucci too, I don't trust Duka with his coach's choices. It's not like Guardiola's coming after Reja. We have to get what we can out of these matches. Expectations are as low as they can get so let's see, usually they tend to perform better in that case.

I don't know man...
Abada looks like a good talent but lets be real he's not an elite player and Hysaj/Balliu are professional players who should be able to handle them. If Abada rapes up then we don't deserve any qualification or success. Besides Weissman the whole team is full of Ramadani's and Cokaj's. As for Veseli he's been generally good for the NT considering his club career has been meh.
But of course it all depends on the tactics. If Reja continues with his old style of play with no pace or width in the lineups we can say goodbye to any chance of beating Iceland or Israel.

If he gets Daja, we're set. No more foreign coaches.

I agree should be an Albanian . Unless it’s a top foreign coach but that won’t happen. It’s time we have one of our own.
Apparently Bushi has caused some controversy for poaching Kosovar players. FFK and Bunjaku spoke against it.
But if we are being honest, none of these so called "talents" look promising at all. I guess Medon Berisha a little more than others because he actually had a pre season with Lecce's first team but that's a bad team and it's a red flag that he was sent to the primavera again. People are getting hyped up over literal amateurs.

It's stupid because Kosovo has constantly poached players from Switzerland. You can't have it both ways.
